My Style

  • I incorporate all intersections of my identity into the clinical work I do.

  • I believe the intersects in our lives shape how we view the world and those around us.

  • I incorporate addressing cultural differences as we all come from different walks of life, and our culture is unique to us.

  • I do not identify as a Christian or from other religious backgrounds, however I consider myself spiritual.

  • I incorporate your beliefs and faith into our work if that is something you are interested in and is important to you in your healing journey.

  • I believe that it is important to incorporate all intersects that are important to you in the therapeutic process to create the desired change you want for yourself.

Populations I Work With

  • Individuals

  • Families

  • Children/Teens

I work from a strengths-based perspective. I am self-esteem based, and view all interactions as forms of communication and that we as people want to be our best selves. Since each person is unique, I value getting to know what success means to you and exploring how we can get there.
